Parents Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment and Eligibility

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information about the student during registration.
• By enrolling their child, parents/guardians confirm the child's eligibility to participate in online tuition and agree to oversee their child's participation.

2. Tuition Fees and Payment

• Tuition fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule before tuition begins.
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer

3. Scheduling and Attendance

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions punctually.
• Sessions missed without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to tutor and Academy approval.

4. Student Conduct

• Parents/guardians agree to encourage their child to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during sessions.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Recording sessions by parents or students is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Academy.

5. Access and Technology Requirements

• Parents/guardians must ensure that their child has access to the necessary technology and a reliable internet connection for online tuition.
• The Academy is not liable for technical problems caused by the student's equipment or internet issues.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The Academy handles all student data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
• Parents/guardians agree not to share or distribute any proprietary materials provided during tuition.

7. Intellectual Property

• All teaching materials remain the intellectual property of OwlPath Academy or the tutor.
• Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before a scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Sessions canceled with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable.
• The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Liability

• The Academy is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
• Parents/guardians acknowledge that their child attends sessions at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment.

10. Termination

• The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for students whose behaviour breaches these Terms.
• Parents/guardians may terminate their child's enrolment by providing 14 days' written notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

OwlPath Academy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. Acceptance

By enrolling their child in OwlPath Academy, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the student.
